Delivery Locations

We ship worldwide and are available in all countries ! All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Durations

Packages are shipped and delivered to you the within: 

  • 4-10 Business days in the UAE,
  • 10-14 Business days in every other country in the world.

 

Order Tracking

All Vina’s shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

  • You will receive your international order tracking link after we process your order. (1~5 business days)
     
  • Your GetVina package will arrive at your door and you do not need to pick it up at the post office. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare.

  • If for any reason your packages get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ve got your back! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs depend on the final destination of the order and will be shown upon checkout. We also occasionally offer free shipping worldwide. 

Some countries require import duties. Please note that the price that you pay for shipping does not include this fee. This customs fee is from the customs office in the destination country and every country has different import fees. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you to please contact your local Customs office for more information about the fees directly. We unfortunately do not cover that fee since the fee is not from us, but rather from the destination country’s’ customs office. The custom authorities however do require us to include the value of your order on the package(s). All custom, import duties fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
